My mission is to teach you, the “everyday person,” how to prevent and reverse ill health (Diabetes Type II, pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome +) while increasing Joy, Vitality, and Plenty. We do this together with integrative, holistic, lifestyle practices… in order to live with Enhanced Vitality, Awakened Self-Confidence, and Liberation from Disease.

What You Can Expect from Coaching w/ Dr. Nicki

Whether we are meeting in-person, via Skype video, or by phone, our time together will be person-centered. This means it will be centered on you—your feelings, needs, and desires. We will begin where you are because this is the only place to begin. From there we will take your next steps together, at a pace that is comfortable for you; each step moving you closer to optimal health.

Our time together will embody a teaching and experiential model. I will take care of the note-taking for you so can fully immerse yourself into the teachings. After filling out an in-depth (yet fun and creative) questionnaire and learning more about you—your struggles and triumphs—during our first session, I will create an 8-week personally-tailored Holistic Lifestyle Practices Guide for you. Rest assured, your next steps will be easily identifiable and laid out for you. This method of learning creates an actionable and easy-to-follow blueprint for swift integration into your daily life.

Coaching sessions are scheduled for a duration of 60 minutes and there are 2 programs to choose from as well as stand alone, individual sessions. Each coaching program includes weekly email check-in updates as well as unlimited email correspondence to answer your questions, fine-tune your program, and support you through your journey. You can choose from the following coaching programs:

Give Me the Healing Now – Wellness “Reality Check”

This coaching program is all about NOW. In truth, I am not going to “give you the healing,” because you are your own best healer. However, I am going to assess, suggest, guide, and follow-up with you.

Do you need a “reality check” on your health? If so, this is the perfect place to start. I mean, when the last time you took a serious and thoughtful assessment of your health and life? I’m talking about a COMPLETE intake… of body, mind, AND spirit. You can’t possibly know where to go if you don’t know WHERE YOU ARE right now.

Here’s how it works: I’ll email you a FUN, creative, and thorough holistic (inc. food, supplements, moving your body, stress, food addictions, and creative self-expression) questionnaire which you will fill out and email back to me. We will schedule a 60-minute Skype or phone session (within 7 days of receiving your questionnaire). I will review your questionnaire and jot down ideas and questions for deeper inquiry. Within 7 days after our session, you will receive your finely-tuned, individually-tailored, 8-week Holistic Lifestyle Practices Guide. From this point, you’ll have 8 weeks of unlimited email access with me to answer questions and support the movement of your healing journey.

Your 8-week Holistic Lifestyle Practices Guide is broken down into 3 sections: LAYING YOUR FOUNDATION (weeks 1-2), BUILDING YOUR PLATFORM (weeks 3-6), and FINE-TUNING YOUR CASTLE (weeks 7-8). The most gentle and sustainable way I know to create transformation in health and life is through shifting and expanding daily lifestyle practices one step at time. This is why we take incremental steps and ease forward at a very comfortable pace.

Weeks 1 and 2 of Give ME the Healing Now will introduce a couple of lifestyle practices. During weeks 3 through 6, we’ll add a few more, and weeks 7 and 8, an addition or two. All along the way we’ll be fine-tuning and you’ll have my support to the degree you desire. Remember… we heal together; “taking back your health” is not a SOLO journey.

At the end of your 8-week session, we will schedule a final 60-minute Skype, phone, or in-person meeting. This will give us a chance to make course corrections, identify what’s worked, what hasn’t worked, and determine the best direction for your practices moving forward.

Prevent & Reverse Type 2 Diabetes Holistically

This is a 3-month coaching program to be completed in 6 sessions (approx. 14 days apart).
Preventing & Reversing Type 2 Diabetes, pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome is not only possible, it’s probable. I know from experience because 6 years ago I reversed diabetes in 12 months 100% holistically. If I did it, so can you. As you make incremental adjustments to your lifestyle practices with consistency, you begin to create a new environment that will no longer “host” these conditions. “Change your environment and you change your conditions.”

There is no one-size-fits-all program or approach when it comes to health and nutrition. However, there are practices we know through experience and research, that when “activated,” set into motion anti-inflammatory processes that improve your health significantly. Retreat Style Coaching (Available in specific OR & CA locations)

Some folks prefer longer, concentrated sessions from the comfort of their home. If this sounds like you, consider HLP Retreat Style coaching. This is much like going to a workshop or conference but with one-on-one undivided attention to you and your healing protocol.

Engaging for a minimum of 3 hours per day for 3 to 5 consecutive days gives us the time to dive deeply into the 5 components of the Holistic Lifestyle Practices approach. For people who need added motivation, guidance, and inspiration, this will provide the hand-holding you need to create and sustain momentum for your success.
